As a board certified women's health nurse practitioner with over ten years of experience, I am committed to care that is individualized for women of all ages and at every stage of life. We offer routine wellness/pelvic exams, breast exams, contraception management to include IUD insertions and Nexplanon implants, menstrual changes and problems, care through the maturing ages, sexual health, family planning and referral for your obstetric needs.

Medically Managed Weight Loss
Our medically managed weight loss program and services consist of prescribing safe and effective compounded prescription injections. Our services and weight loss program are tailored to each patient's specific needs. As a patient in our weight loss program you will see a medical provider every six to eight weeks who will work with you in a genuine, heartfelt manner.
Here at Providence Primary Care we understand that many people struggle to see changes despite lifestyle modifications that have failed them time and time again. We offer Semaglutide and Tirzepatide injectable medications that can ease hunger cravings, control binge eating, and give our patients the boost they need for a healthier life.

Providence Primary Care and Providence Aesthetics & Precision Body Sculpting are owned and operated by a local, hometown nurse practitioner.
My name is Lindsey Rodgers. I am the provider and owner of Providence Primary Care and Providence Aesthetics & Precision Body Sculpting. I am an advanced practice nurse with board certifications in both women's health and family practice and carry certifications as surgical first assistant, aesthetic injector, hormone replacement therapy and body contouring with shape sculpting and skin tightening. I have been a healthcare provider for almost 20 years.
I am married to my wonderful husband and business partner, Doug Rodgers and a momma to three precious children and a am blessed to help raise my bonus daughter. As the cliché goes - If you think my hands are full, you should see my heart. I believe that my ability to care for people is a true gift in which enables me to effortlessly love the patients in my hometown and surrounding communities with my whole heart.
I thoroughly enjoy knowing my patients as a whole person which allows us to collectively to create a plan of care that is aimed at reaching the best outcome for their needs. I truly believe that this offers everyone reassurance that they have my love, support and encouragement to do what it takes to change their lives for the better.
I bring over 13 years of experience as a nurse practitioner with a wide range of education, training, and proficiency in various areas of medicine such as care for women across the lifespan, primary care for all ages, aesthetic services for both men and women, hormone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight loss management, lab result interpretations for genetic, electrolyte and vitamin deficiencies and minimally invasive, high-definition body contouring to make each of my patients feel their best day to day in the rat race of life.
I look forward to meeting my patient's needs and serving my hometown and surrounding communities. I am blessed to be living my long time dream of providing care and comfort with unmatched compassion and commitment to everyone that comes into one of our clinics.
